I really enjoyed being there, the place is nice.

It was fairly clean and the stuff were competent, beds were good. It had an incredible and good location not far from the Park, right next to universal and supermarkets. Spent a nice evening at Port Dining Ricorico, located close to the venue.

The staff were very friendly and cooperative in case of questions.

Its location was incredible, short walk to cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets, and universal and convenience stores. There was Roma Ken close to the hotel. The room for another portable ac unit. Hairdryers, a bidet, and bath sheets were very handy.

My room was actually far too hot.

Reasonable base for travelling to Osaka and exploring local places. Lots of food available in the restaurant. The twin room with the bathroom, another portable AC unit, as for instance.

rooms were spacious and spotless - beds were comfortable. very close to theme park - less than 2 min walk. staff were extremely helpful and a delight. breakfast buffet selection was excellent. had pleasant surprises like welcome cookies and foot massage.

It was right next to a visually stunning shopping mall, loved its location to the nearby Lawson store.

This hotel was right place for exploring Osaka, truly enjoyed it. The location of the venue was fantastic and particularly good, to the nearby Lawson store. For dinner, we went to Popcorn Papa, it was close to the venue.

It's like the ultimate spot for thrill-seekers like us. We hit up Universal Studios and the nearby theme parks, all just a short walk away from the hotel. And the best part? The hotel was clean, quiet, and had free welcome drinks. Talk about #vacationgoals!

The only thing we wished for was a better party scene. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was great for family fun, but as young party-goers, we craved a little more excitement and late-night vibes.

Pros of my stay at the hotel were mind-blowing! The location was simply incredible, right in the heart of CityWalk with restaurants and a convenience store just steps away. Plus, the quick walk to the entrance of the theme park was super convenient. I loved the secure baggage rooms, which should be a standard at all hotels. The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean, making it a perfect choice for families or friends traveling together. I didn't have a chance to try the restaurant, but it looked yummy and family-friendly. On top of all that, the hotel offered an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of delicious choices. The view from the window was great too. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay when visiting the awesome theme park.
